Senior Enterprise Partnership Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Partnership Developer to join our team at Wolt. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of growing our retail portfolio by identifying, negotiating, closing, and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners.
In this role, you will engage in business-level discussions with C-level executives, leveraging data insights to drive growth and expansion. You will need to be comfortable using financial and commercial acumen to gauge potential performance and unit economics. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial flair and collaborate across teams to build a winning proposition.
The ideal candidate will have proven success within sales, business development, and negotiation. Experience in SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, and/or last-mile logistics-related sales is highly advantageous. You will possess strong analytical skills, including financial and commercial acumen, and an instinct for identifying right opportunities.
We are looking for a consultative sales approach – someone who can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to specific partners based on various parameters. As a skilled communicator and natural relationship builder, you will be able to generate buy-in and build followership with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your focus will be to help us scale our existing partnerships across Wolt's diverse product and service offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop opportunities for expansion and refine the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships (enterprise segment).
- Build relationships with identified leads to position Wolt as a partner of choice.
- Lead negotiations regarding partnership terms using data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them overcome issues related to the Wolt service.
