Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and spare parts or railway vehicles. You will handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer relationship and influence upcoming business opportunities.
  • Secure the profitability expected by management following the governance cycle.
  • Built successful and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns that may arise.
