About the Role

As an Enterprise Service Management Consultant at Matrix42 GmbH, you will play a key role in delivering and configuring Efecte products-based Enterprise Service Management solutions for our customers.

You will possess a strong background in IT Service Management and a technical rather than process consultancy focus. Your expertise will enable you to implement IT Service Management solutions and provide technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Enterprise Service Management solutions using Efecte products.
  • Provide technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in working with IT Service Management software.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management principles.
  • Excellent technical skills, including scripting (e.g. Python) and Linux/SQL knowledge.
  • Native-level Swedish speaker with fluent English communication skills.
