Customer Service Support Specialist

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Escalating issues to senior team members as needed
  • Providing ongoing support and resolving customer complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered
  • Collaborating with the team on specific projects and initiatives

Requirements include:

  • Native or fluent Swedish, with proficiency in English
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support
  • Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music and audiovisual products
  • Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
