Customer Service Support Specialist

The role involves providing customer support directly to clients in a Swedish speaking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in a customer service environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Escalating issues to senior team members as needed
- Providing ongoing support and resolving customer complaints efficiently
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered
- Collaborating with the team on specific projects and initiatives
Requirements include:
- Native or fluent Swedish, with proficiency in English
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support
- Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music and audiovisual products
- Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
Additional benefits include:
