Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Agent to join our team at Anyfin AB. As an Operations Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our users in refinancing their consumer loans and credits.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clear and concise service to our users in both written and spoken communication
- Drawing from your experience in customer service or support roles to tackle inquiries and resolve concerns
- Analyzing and assessing complex credit applications while adhering to our credit policies
- Taking on the mantle of assessing worthy candidates for debt refinancing
- Pitching in to refine our processes and elevate our customer care standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a similar capacity
- A strong analytical mindset and a knack for untangling complex problems
- 1-2 years of experience in credit assessment (a plus)
