About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their business journey with our solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and upsells for Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
