At Epidemic Sound, we're revolutionizing the way creators soundtrack their content. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in securing mutually beneficial relationships with our most strategic enterprise clients.

With a strong background in complex B2B Customer Success, you'll be responsible for developing trust and fostering relationships with our clients. Your expertise will help drive new business opportunities, ensure feature and product adoption, and resolve any issues that may arise.

As a key member of our Enterprise Sales Organization, you'll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and define measurable success plans. Your ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels will be essential in building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise-focused roles managing complex client relationships
  • Experience working with global brands
  • Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding retention and growth targets
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
