Unlock Your Potential as a Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor
SAP is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor to join our team and drive customer success in the Nordics. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey, ensuring they achieve their goals, and delivering exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take on full responsibility for 30-40 Enterprise customers in the Nordics, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Bulld and strengthen relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor, driving product adoption and ensuring value add.
- Work closely with state-of-the-art Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight and Salesforce, backed by a Customer Success Operations team.
- Develop and expand accounts by driving product adoption, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in Enterprise Architecture.
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations.
- Ability to structure and prioritize work and the work of others.
- 3+ years of working knowledge with Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight.
- Fluency in English and additional languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
