About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned industry expert to join our team as a Senior Client Success Manager. This hybrid position will be based in our Stockholm office, with three days per week on-site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with our most strategically forward-thinking clients, delivering growth for both Verve Group and our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing key clients and support new client acquisition
  • Define and execute media strategies for clients
  • Responsible for managing projects and key accounts
  • Collaborate closely with AdOps and Product colleagues
  • Grow and develop business through upselling activities
  • Support overall growth in the Nordic market

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Media Agency, Consultancy, or AdTech is highly desired
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory
  • Ability to analyze and clearly communicate insights
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and a data-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
