About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned industry expert to join our team as a Senior Client Success Manager. This hybrid position will be based in our Stockholm office, with three days per week on-site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex relationships with our most strategically forward-thinking clients, delivering growth for both Verve Group and our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing key clients and support new client acquisition
- Define and execute media strategies for clients
- Responsible for managing projects and key accounts
- Collaborate closely with AdOps and Product colleagues
- Grow and develop business through upselling activities
- Support overall growth in the Nordic market
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Media Agency, Consultancy, or AdTech is highly desired
- Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory
- Ability to analyze and clearly communicate insights
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and a data-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
