About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the P&L for a selected number of key Swedish customers
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with these customers and building strong partnerships
  • Developing and executing customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives
  • Preparing and executing the Annual Operating Plan for these accounts
  • Formulating Joint Business Plans
  • Setting promo plans and optimizing assortment, including listings of NPDs
  • Implementing field sales strategies and strategic partnerships for your accounts
  • Closing cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, finance, and supply functions for setting and executing marketing plans, budgets, and business cases
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, facing Swedish Grocery/Retail customers
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills
