Southern Europe Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as Regional Sales Director for Southern Europe. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in this region through strategic planning, customer engagement, and negotiation of deals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets. You will be a strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will have excellent knowledge of industrial products and technologies, particularly in the areas of oil refineries, mining, ports/oil terminals, metal industry (steelworks, copper smelters, etc.), and power generation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate deals and close sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
- Leverage technical expertise to educate customers on the benefits of our technology.
