Job Summary:
Ambitious sales leaders are invited to apply for the role of Director, Named Accounts Sales, Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in the Nordics. Your expertise in guiding regional teams to expand and develop existing named accounts through direct sales will be crucial to our success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models. You will be expected to achieve assigned financial targets by guiding the team to engage with customer executives and support account strategy implementation. Additionally, you will manage team performance, develop and retain talent, and coach the team on a regular basis.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor. If you have experience with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally and in Europe, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
