Regional Sales Leader for Autodesk Solutions

TN Sweden seeks an experienced sales director to lead its regional team of sales executives in driving growth with our largest enterprise customers in the Nordics.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and developing account strategies. They will be responsible for guiding and inspiring sales teams to achieve high targets, managing team performance, and delivering accurate forecasts of the business.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth with large enterprise customers.
- Manage and develop a regional team of sales executives to achieve high targets.
- Engage with customer executives to support the account team in implementing account strategy.
- Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement.
- Improve sales of Autodesk solutions to end customers, including software, subscription, consulting, and support.
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models.
- Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.
- Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally and in Europe.
- Understanding of Autodesk technologies and promoting their benefits to customers to maximize sales results.
- Establishing communication and engagement with prospects is essential.
