Director, Named Accounts Sales, NORDICS

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving growth with our largest enterprise customers in the Nordics by leading a regional team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Strategy Development: Guide and inspire sales teams to achieve high targets by developing account strategies and coaching team members.
  • Team Performance Management: Manage team performance, develop talent, and coach regularly to ensure growth and development.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customer executives to support the account team in implementing account strategy.
  • Business Acumen: Deliver accurate forecasts of the business and have an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement.
  • Sales Growth: Improve sales of Autodesk solutions to end customers, including software, subscription, consulting, and support.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and/or use-based business models.
  • Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.
  • Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally and in Europe.
  • Understanding of Autodesk technologies and promoting their benefits to customers to maximize sales results.
  • Establishing communication and engagement with prospects is essential.
