About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our account management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision makers and internal stakeholders.
