As an Enterprise Sales Lead at Pickit, you'll be part of a pioneering company that's changing the game in DAM (Digital Asset Management).

About This Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and educate them about Pickit's platform
  • Qualifying leads by interacting with decision-makers such as Marketing Directors, Creative Directors, and IT Managers
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal
  • Collaborating with our management team to develop sales strategies and processes
  • Providing feedback to our product team to help shape our roadmap based on customer insights
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, within B2B SaaS
  • A strong network within marketing departments at major Nordic companies
  • A passion for technology and a strong interest in AI
  • The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
Compensation

We offer a competitive package with a base salary complemented by a commission-based component. This commission structure allows you to significantly exceed your current income potential, reflecting your success and impact in driving sales.
