Solution Sales Business Lead

ServiceNow is a global leader in providing innovative AI-enhanced technology solutions to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500. We are seeking a Director, Solution Sales to lead our low-code solution sales efforts in EMEA North and drive revenue growth through effective sales execution and team management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our low-code solution in EMEA North.
- Manage a team of Solution Sales Specialists to ensure they have the resources and support needed to achieve their sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Platform Solution Consulting (pre-sales), Sales Operations, and Product Management.
- Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets through effective sales execution and coaching of the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or sales leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the low-code market and its trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform sales strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
