Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales strategies for specified commercial and industrial customers in Central Europe.
- Oversee the entire customer relationship, including key decision-makers, Line of Business leadership, and procurement teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and showcase the value of Polarium's innovative solutions.
- Plan and execute the end-to-end sales cycle, from customer onboarding to order placement and solution delivery.
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless coordination with internal resources.
- Achieve annual revenue targets while maximizing long-term profitability for Polarium.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales within the commercial and industrial energy sector.
- Proven track record of selling complex energy products, preferably to C&I customers.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge in the field of commercial and industrial energy storage systems.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
