Purpose of Role

An exciting opportunity for a technically savvy, customer-centric, and solution-focused sales professional to lead an international team of Customer Managers.

We're passionate about simplifying shipping through our connected platform, fostering strong relationships between customers, partners, and carriers. If you're motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication skills, we'd like to meet you.

About You

  • You should have previous experience selling SaaS solutions to Lower Mid-Market and SMB segments.
  • Candidate must be able to coach and develop a small team of Customer Managers.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities are essential.
  • You will use your technical knowledge to cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing a team of Customer Managers, focusing on existing customers, growing ARR through direct sales and e-campaigns across designated regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and recruiting team members
  • Driving sales processes, targeting opportunities, prospecting, identifying and qualifying solution matches, conducting software demonstrations, and closing deals aligned to company standards.
  • Growing and managing a balanced pipeline across assigned territory and customer base to achieve existing business revenue growth.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting in CRM systems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Competence and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team focused on existing logos.
  • Experience within SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or carrier networks is highly valued.
  • Proven commercial and business acumen, skills to develop business through outbound and inbound opportunities.
