We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in our Creator Workflows business unit. As the Director, Solution Sales, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Solution Sales Specialists and developing strategies to exceed quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for Creator Workflows and exceed regional sales targets
  • Lead by example and build trust relationships with your team and other stakeholders
  • Maintain high retention and development of key employees on your team
  • Enable the team to have a major impact on defined accounts and industry targets
  • Be recognized as a strong leader across the organization

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Lead and coach your team to independently run their own business in their respective region
  • Build close cooperation with Platform Solution Consulting (pre-sales) to collaboratively meet account sales teams' needs
  • Develop and sell innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional digital consulting team
  • Consult with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Drive business solutions and digital transformation with customers

Requirements:

  • Extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C-Level
  • Strong success in recruiting, coaching, and managing an exceptional sales team, demonstrating frontline leadership experience in a complex matrix organization
  • Experience leading cross-regional teams and selling within the PaaS, low-code, app-dev, DevOps, API, and RPA domain
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around digital transformation
  • Fluent in English and local language, with ability to travel across EMEA North region
