We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director Digital Marketing to join our team at inriver inc. This is a unique opportunity to shape our digital marketing strategy and drive revenue growth through effective digital strategies.
Job OverviewAs our Director Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for leading and driving our overall digital marketing strategy. This includes overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, email, content, and paid media.
The successful candidate will lead a team of internal resources and agency partners in developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives that enhance our brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Lead a team of internal resources and agency partners in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with other business units.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve our strategy and tactics.
You'll also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, developing and maintaining relationships with agency partners, and staying current with industry developments to ensure our digital marketing strategy remains competitive and effective.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years' experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable experience of leading and growing teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush etc., and marketing KPIs and growth levers with proven experience of improving rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
