Commercial Strategy Director

Fintechnordics, a pioneer in Next-Gen Credit & Risk Scoring, is on the lookout for an ambitious Commercial Strategy Director to spearhead our commercial strategy and lead our teams across existing and new markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a bold growth strategy to expand our presence in existing markets and enter new ones. This includes owning and scaling organic revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention, ensuring sustained commercial success.
The Commercial Strategy Director will collaborate closely with product and tech teams to align our offerings with market demands and customer needs. They will also build strong relationships with key clients and partners, positioning Fintechnordics as the go-to player in Next-Gen Credit & Risk Scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, scale, and streamline Fintechnordics commercial teams across markets.
2. Develop and execute a strategic growth plan that aligns with Fintechnordics vision and goals.
3. Own and scale organic revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention, ensuring sustained commercial success.
4. Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs.
5. Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving business growth and partnership opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of scaling SaaS B2B-sales and driving revenue growth in fintech or related industries.
2. Strategic mindset with experience in developing and executing growth plans that drive results.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Data-driven decision making, with experience in using analytics to inform business decisions.
