We're seeking an exceptional professional to join our Workforce Engagement team as the Director, Workforce Engagement (Europe). Responsibilities:- Partner with local partners to develop and implement labor strategies in support of our desired workplace culture and compliance with local laws.
- Continually assess the external employment and labor landscape across the region and identify potential impact on EA's business and talent strategies.
- Work across various levels of the organization to influence programs, practices, and organizational adjustments that preserve and enhance positive workforce relations.
As a seasoned Employee Relations professional, you'll bring expertise in building and auditing corporate procedures with an 'employee experience' mindset. Your excellent written and engagement skills will enable you to effectively advise senior leaders and internal/external counsel on sensitive workforce matters.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations or related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues and advising corporate clients about employment policies and programs. Experience working with employees and managers in a global matrixed organization is also essential.
