Strategic Sales Leader

At IFS, we're seeking an experienced strategic sales leader to spearhead our key account strategy. As a member of both the IFS One Europe & Latam team and the Global Aerospace & Defence team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth from license and maintenance sales, leading the execution of the sales cycle, and selling directly to executive level decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include preparing and updating the Key Account Strategy, owning the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery. You'll also coordinate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build a strong internal collaboration network and secure appropriate support into the region.
- Prepare, update and own the Key Account Strategy
- Owning the end-to-end sales process from customer engagement, understanding customer needs, customer buying process to owning the RFI/RFP process
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction across IFS service delivery
