About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Professional to join our team. As a strategic account growth specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities within named accounts. Your entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and ability to execute against agreed plans will be key to your success.

You'll lead with IFS's award-winning solutions, demonstrating intrinsic value to target customers through a consultative approach to value-based selling. Your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise will enable you to identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities within new strategic accounts.

This role is positioned within a high-growth market unit, offering the opportunity to further your career and close large deals within a market-leading company. You'll have access to our go-to-market strategy, focused on geographical and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Go-To-Market Strategies for nominated industries
- Prepare, own, and maintain Territory Plans for target verticals
- Create Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from demand generation to winning business
- Work with partners to penetrate named strategic accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value
- Deliver consistently against annual sales targets, maintaining quarterly linearity budget
- Build pipeline coverage, achieving 5x pipeline goals through demand generation activities
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaborate
- Maintain complete CRM and Account hygiene, administration, and reporting for accurate forecasting

What We're Looking For

- Relevant industry and enterprise software sales quota-carrying sales cycle delivery experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset, innate curiosity, and resilience
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting
- Proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language relevant to the market geography
- Comfort working within a matrix-rich organization, building relationships, and finding support to get the job done
