Commercial Partnership Developer

The Account Specialist role at Wolt involves developing strategic partnerships with restaurants and stores to drive growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of growth and success for your dedicated portfolio of partners
- Use data-driven insights and marketing campaigns to drive sales and visibility
- Negotiate and upsell product solutions that maximize value for both partners and Wolt users
- Build strong relationships by maintaining regular contact and providing actionable advice
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver results
- Ensure activities deliver measurable outcomes and added value
Requirements
We are looking for a commercially driven individual who excels at building relationships, creating business opportunities, and driving growth. You should have experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, as well as proficiency in CRM and BI systems. Your skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in negotiation and finding solutions that create value for all parties
- Strong commercial mindset and passion for driving growth and business success
- Analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Structured and organized with strong ability to prioritize what makes the most business impact
- Goal-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience in the restaurant or retail industry (preferred but not required)
