As a key member of the Creative Content & Studio team at ARKET, you play a crucial role in coordinating and styling our collections for e-commerce. Working closely with the Head of Fashion, you ensure that the end results are aspirational and align with the brand's aesthetic and commercial goals.

You will be responsible for:

\
  • \
  • Coordinating and styling e-com productions, ensuring that all concepts meet the required standards.\
  • Styling assigned campaign projects, taking into account the brand's creative direction and commercial needs.\
  • Updating styling boards and other collection-related documentation in the e-com studio.\
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to review underperforming products and schedule reshoots in a timely manner.\
  • Maintaining an efficient workflow, meeting daily and weekly deadlines while collaborating with the in-house studio team and external teams on set during shoots.\
  • Contributing to the development of creative solutions that inspire the ARKET customer and community.\
  • Aligning creative direction, commercial needs, and collection directions with business objectives.\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements for the studio work environment.\\[/ul]\

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

\
  • \
  • Previous experience from a similar position, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.\
  • A strong understanding of styling, design, contemporary photography, art, and fashion.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.\
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.\
  • Experience working in large and high-paced image production environments.\
  • Adaptability and a problem-solving attitude, with the ability to learn and develop quickly in a fast-paced environment.\\[/ul]\
