Job Description

We are seeking an e-commerce expert with a strong background in system and architectural knowledge to support and drive changes in complex system movements. This role is part of the Application Platform Online Area, contributing to H&M's digital journey.

Mission Statement

Maintain and evolve the online platforms, protecting and improving online channel revenue and develop the customer offer. Work in a dynamic environment with different short- and long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive technical and architectural understanding of e-commerce platform solutions.
  • Provide expertise when major changes are made and rolled out.
  • Drive the delivery of technical solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex e-commerce deliveries and system integrations.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • Understanding of global-scale project implementation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Hybris/SAP Commerce.
  • Development and technical leadership experience.
  • Experience with large, global organisations.
