About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Regional Enterprise Director to lead our Nordics region. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end customer lifecycle in the region. This includes developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers, and collaborating with our New Sales team to drive new sales motion.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining relationships with larger clients, providing information, support, and guidance to ensure Sinch becomes their trusted advisor. Additionally, you'll work closely with other Account Directors, Director of Northern Europe, and Enterprise Sales Director to deliver profitable growth and top-tier customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in alignment with global motions to win and retain business.
  • Identify business opportunities with current and prospective customers, while collaborating with our New Sales team to drive new sales motion.
  • Maintain relationships with larger clients by providing information, support, and guidance to ensure Sinch becomes their trusted advisor.
  • Work closely with other Account Directors, Director of Northern Europe, and Enterprise Sales Director to deliver profitable growth and top-tier customer experience.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership and other company functions.
  • Participate and represent Sinch at relevant industry and network events.
  • Create a culture of success and manage ongoing business and goal achievements.
  • Actively manage, develop, and lead the team, both in terms of performance, enablement, and engagement.
