We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our Sales initiatives in Scandinavia. As a Head of Sales Strategy for Nordic Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capitalize on the rapid growth of the Nordic region's aviation sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a leadership role within the aviation industry. They will have in-depth knowledge of the Nordic region's aviation market trends, regulations, and dynamics.

The Director of Sales and Business Development - Scandinavia will have strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions to drive success.

Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) is required for this position. A Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field is also necessary.
