Job Description
The Senior Director of Sales will lead direct sales executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region. Key responsibilities include driving sales strategy, territory planning, relationship development, and revenue growth through effective Go-To-Market initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive track records of new business sales success, strong strategic thinking, and analytical skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead direct sales executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region
- Drive sales strategy for the region in alignment with the plan and in coordination with Sales Operations
- Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
Requirements:
