About the Opportunity

We are a pioneering company in the field of industrial cleaning solutions, dedicated to minimizing environmental impact and contributing to a cleaner planet. As Regional Sales Director Europe South, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue in the Southern Europe region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets the needs of our customers and delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the Southern Europe region
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify business opportunities and transform these into repeat sales for products, services, and spare parts
- Work closely with our CEO to set the regional sales budget and forecast
- Spend 40-60 travel days per year visiting customers and engaging in technical sales

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in international sales of industrial products, particularly in the areas of refineries, mining, ports/oil terminals, the metal industry, or power generation. You will also need to have a strong understanding of selling and gaining acceptance for new technology, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
