Southern Europe Business Development Manager at Cleaning Innovator

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Regional Sales Director Europe South. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company that designs, develops, and manufactures innovative industrial cleaning solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the Southern Europe region.
You will work closely with our CEO to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identify business opportunities, and transform these into repeat sales for products, services, and spare parts. To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in international sales of industrial products, particularly in the areas of refineries, mining, ports/oil terminals, the metal industry, or power generation. You will also need to have a strong understanding of selling and gaining acceptance for new technology, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a tactical approach, who enjoys planning, executing, and completing sales work for both small and large projects. You will be required to spend 40-60 travel days per year and manage Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, with other markets potentially being added. The office is located in Stockholm, and we require that you live in the area of Stockholm. We are a dynamic team that values collaboration and effective communication, and we believe that you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
