Job Description

This role plays a key part in the development of our pricing capabilities within Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle East/Africa. You will work closely with the central BA EA team and local management teams to identify and implement strategies that drive profitable growth of categories 'Finished Goods.'


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain expertise in pricing and revenue management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve pricing and revenue management processes.
  3. Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze pricing data to inform business decisions and optimize pricing strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Price & Revenue Management, ideally within a consumer product industry focused on retail sales or consulting companies.
  • Experience working in an international environment towards multi-functional teams and successfully leading projects within the field.
  • Knowledge of pricing elements, pricing strategy, pricing governance, and a passion for generating top-line excellence.
  • Accustomed to using pricing software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
  • Managed Pricing in ERP systems, preferably SAP, understanding basics like rebate agreements and pricing conditions.
  • University degree in an analytical field, preferably Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
  • Fluency in English, written as well as verbal.
