Business Development Manager for Pricing and Revenue Management

Job Description
This role plays a key part in the development of our pricing capabilities within Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle East/Africa. You will work closely with the central BA EA team and local management teams to identify and implement strategies that drive profitable growth of categories 'Finished Goods.'
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in pricing and revenue management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve pricing and revenue management processes.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze pricing data to inform business decisions and optimize pricing strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of working experience in Price & Revenue Management, ideally within a consumer product industry focused on retail sales or consulting companies.
- Experience working in an international environment towards multi-functional teams and successfully leading projects within the field.
- Knowledge of pricing elements, pricing strategy, pricing governance, and a passion for generating top-line excellence.
- Accustomed to using pricing software and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
- Managed Pricing in ERP systems, preferably SAP, understanding basics like rebate agreements and pricing conditions.
- University degree in an analytical field, preferably Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- Fluency in English, written as well as verbal.
