Job Description

As a Senior Sales Director at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Executives who sell our applications into Net New Large Enterprise customers. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, develop executive relationships, and lead negotiation planning, strategy, and execution.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying key performance indicators, and monitoring progress against targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Proven ability in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Native level fluency in English and one or more of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish)
