Regional Sales Manager for Nordic Aviation

As a Regional Sales Manager for Nordic Aviation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales initiatives for the company's operations in Scandinavia. This position requires a strong leader who can strategically guide the aviation teams to further success.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of aviation teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. They will conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
You will build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and maintain existing ones.
The ideal candidate will identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the Nordic region. They will evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's presence in the aviation industry.
