Your Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a Nordic marketing plan, identifying and segmenting the target audience, and creating effective marketing campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining the company's brand image and reputation in the Nordics.
  • Partnerships with SDR and sales teams to drive sales pipeline and revenue through regional marketing activities.
  • Managing the overall responsibility for planning and executing multiple marketing programs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent through experience.
  • 6 to 10 years in a Regional Marketing role, preferably in a BtoB and fast-moving IT international environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects, and flexibility.
  • Drive, ambition, and a high-quality bar.
  • Data-driven and growth marketing mindset.
  • Ability to understand technical environments and solutions.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with additional Nordic languages a plus.
