Drive Business Growth

As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing the future direction of the Certina brand in the Nordics. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and distribution strategies tailored to the Nordic market.
  • Collaborate with the brand headquarters to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
  • Lead a Nordic team of 9 members working across different locations.
  • Represent the Certina brand at marketing events, visits to stores, and retailers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Brand Manager or equivalent position.
  • Solid market knowledge and experience in the watch, jewelry, or high-end fashion industry.
  • Fluent communicative skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian.
  • Professional-level English language skills.
