Certina Nordic Market Leader

Join our team as a Senior Brand Strategist and take on the challenge of leading the Certina brand in the Nordics. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing the future direction of the brand.
ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and distribution strategies tailored to the Nordic market.
- Collaborate with the brand headquarters to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a Nordic team of 9 members working across different locations.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and personnel responsibility for the team.
- Brand Representation:
- Represent the Certina brand at marketing events, visits to stores, and retailers.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all touchpoints.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Brand Manager or equivalent position.
- Solid market knowledge and experience in the watch, jewelry, or high-end fashion industry.
- Fluent communicative skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian.
- Professional-level English language skills.
