Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives who sell our applications into Net New Large Enterprise customers. Your primary objective will be to drive account development, pipeline generation activities, and manage an equitable territory distribution model where team members can achieve their sales goals.
As a successful Senior Sales Director at TN Sweden, you will possess a strong ability to drive revenue growth, develop executive relationships, and lead negotiation planning, strategy, and execution. You will also be capable of managing complex sales cycles from start to finish and have a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Successful track record as a first or second line leader ideally focused on new business acquisition
- Experience from the SaaS industry and working within the business applications or digital transformation space
- Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team-based sales environments
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent skills in English as well as native level fluency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish)
