Strategic Leader for Pre-Sales and Projects

The Strategic Leader for Pre-Sales and Projects will spearhead the bridge between sales and technical execution, ensuring seamless software solution pre-sales processes.

Reporting to the Head of Global Services, this role is based in Tübingen, Germany, or Stockholm, Sweden, with some travel involved.

In this dynamic division, you'll lead a global team of tool management process experts and software project managers, scoping and designing software solutions that meet customer requirements.

You'll ensure proposed solutions are feasible, compliant with best practices, cost-effective, and aligned with customer goals and existing systems. Additionally, your team will manage software implementation projects, achieving customer satisfaction and project success.

This includes:

  • Buiding a high-performing team and guiding team members through ongoing change
  • Planning and allocating resources within a matrix organization
  • Forecasting and reporting on operational performance
  • Continuously improving software solutions and processes
  • Managing knowledge transfer, de-escalation, and quality issues, as well as selecting and implementing relevant supporting tools for your team

You'll work closely with stakeholders to enhance the service portfolio with a focus on proactive solution management and improvement.
