Sales Leadership Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Senior Account Manager - Land Focus. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 Enterprise Account Executives in selling into new targeted Enterprise accounts across the Nordic region. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth by leveraging your exceptional leadership skills and expertise in sales and relationship building.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities

The Ideal Profile:
This role requires a seasoned sales leader with experience in driving direct SaaS sales organizations in the Nordics and delivering against targets. You will have deep expertise in successfully managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
