**Job Overview:**

Magnite is a leading advertising technology company that empowers publishers to monetize their content across all screens and formats. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our sales team in the Nordics region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow revenue from agency-holding companies in the Nordics region.
  2. Leverage industry expertise to build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies.
  4. Drive business growth through effective account management and sales techniques.
  5. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  6. Maintain accurate forecasts and drive results-oriented performance.
  7. Travel within the Nordics to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in online advertising.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying.
  • Detailed knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
  • Proven sales account management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
  • Familiarity with Magnite's products and services.
