Account Management Executive

**Job Overview:**
Magnite is a leading advertising technology company that empowers publishers to monetize their content across all screens and formats. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our sales team in the Nordics region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue from agency-holding companies in the Nordics region.
- Leverage industry expertise to build strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies.
- Drive business growth through effective account management and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and drive results-oriented performance.
- Travel within the Nordics to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in online advertising.
- Strong understanding of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying.
- Detailed knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
- Proven sales account management experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
- Familiarity with Magnite's products and services.
