Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Development Lead to oversee client profitability, manage budgets, and ensure high-performance delivery across all services. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, provide regular business updates, and drive future growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management:
    • Manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
    • Ensure accurate and timely budget reporting to management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.
  • Client Delivery Oversight:
    • Enhance delivery processes to maximize performance.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.
  • Business Coordination:
    • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver seamless execution tailored to client needs.
  • Account Performance Tracking:
    • Track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual performance.
    • Ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of account management experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Previous management experience is highly valued.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing).
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.
    • Business development mindset, with a creative approach to finding win-win solutions.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
