Account Development Manager

The Sales Executive will provide professional support to the Sales Directors across EMEA, covering clients in Sweden, to maintain and grow revenue opportunities. This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying new business prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support senior sales team members in growing territory revenue and market share;
- Aid in creating and maintaining territory and account plans;
- Establish meetings with assigned accounts;
- Build rapport and relationships with internal and external customers;
- Participate in on-boarding training and continuous learning opportunities;
- Gain hands-on experience with Datasite services;
- Participate in client events;
- Understand all aspects of the selling process;
- Take responsibility for a personal set of accounts;
- Maintain accurate records of call activity in Salesforce.com.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Swedish (written and verbal);
- Solid assessment and decision-making skills;
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Advanced relationship management skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
