Surgical Portfolio Account Manager

Baxter Medical AB is committed to saving and sustaining lives through innovative medical solutions. As a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding existing accounts, and building new relationships within your territory.
- Developing strategic plans (account plans) for the products and related services in Sweden central and Västerbotten.
- Driving the growth of our Advanced Surgery business by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for product adoption and market expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of value-based selling principles and practices.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
