Sales Leadership Opportunity

As a Senior Account Manager at TN Sweden, you will lead a team of 4-5 Enterprise Account Executives in selling into new targeted Enterprise accounts across the Nordic region. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and drive sales growth by delivering exceptional leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry
The Ideal Candidate:
This role requires a proven leader with experience in driving direct SaaS sales organizations in the Nordics and delivering against targets. You will have deep expertise in successfully managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
