Interim Sales Leadership Sweden

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Sweden and Norway. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and nurturing a results-driven sales culture that inspires innovation and motivation.
Key responsibilities include setting targets and goals for the sales team, monitoring progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business objectives.
Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, and develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecasting system.
As a sales leader, you will also prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to the executive team.
