To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in sales leadership roles (+/- 10 years) within a manufacturing industry and B2B sales
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, and adapt to change
* Ability to lead and manage transformation of sales team, both in terms of structure, processes, and skills/capabilities of its members
* Proven experience with using Salesforce to manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in BA or related field
