Job Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive at ServiceNow, you'll play a critical role in driving rapid new business sales growth in the region. You'll develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the plan, collaborate with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market, and engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development. Key responsibilities will include leading direct Sales Executives, driving revenue, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members, and managing and reporting accurate forecast and pipeline to the business. To succeed, you'll need extensive track records of new business sales success, strong strategic thinking, analytical and financial planning skills, experience in driving sales process and CRM reports, and strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the plan, collaborating with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market.
  • Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development.
  • Drive revenue by supporting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence.
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C-Level.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Experience in driving sales process, effective working relationships with Sales Operations, and CRM reports.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, as well as ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
  • Built self-motivated sales teams that embrace collaboration and enthusiasm, and championed top performers while constantly developing and coaching the team.
